Pioneer 10

From Wikipedia: Pioneer 10 (originally designated Pioneer F) is a 258-kilogram robotic space probe that completed the first interplanetary mission to Jupiter, and became the first spacecraft to achieve escape velocity from the Solar System. On June 13, 1983 the probe crossed the orbit of Neptune, the furthest planet away from the Sun at the time, to become the first man-made object to depart the inner solar system.
